SECTION 20 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Mystylz will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. While we try to list adequate information on the composition of the materials, We do not have any control over certain allergies which may arise due to certain fabrics used in our reselling products. Customers can inquire directly or through us with the manufacturer about the composition of each of the fibre content. The customer should wisely use his judgment to identify the suitability of the fabric/clothing he is buying. Section 24 Children Sleepwear Regulation The Children’s Sleepwear Regulations made under CCPSA specified specific guidelines applied to the children sleepwear in sizes up to and including 14XChildren sleepwear can be categorized as either loose-fitting or tight-fitting sleepwear.
