SECTION 20 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Mystylz will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If it is a split package order, each items return shall be initiated within the receipt of individual package. • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. • Please allow Mystylz 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. • Mystylz will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done. Initiating the return order. • Send us the order number and return by email to contact@h3fstylz.ca • Send us the reason for return by email. • Some returns might require photo submission , please submit clear photos upon request from us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the refund back to your original form of payment. Also we will let you know the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@h3fstylz.ca. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Non-returnable items are classified above; please read carefully before purchasing. *Subject to Change. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Section 21 Payment Terms We currently accept only shop pay payments, which shall include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Cards. Customers also can exercise their payments through PayPal as well. Down the road, we may explore additional options to enhance our payment method, which we will communicate to our beloved customers. All payments shall be made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping charges and GST/HST will have to be paid in addition to the listed product price, which shall be summarized on the checkout page. Section 23 Liability Limits Mystylz (H3F Stylz Apparels) will not be held accountable for unexpected shipping delays or product variations, which is beyond our control. While we try to list adequate information on the composition of the materials, We do not have any control over certain allergies which may arise due to certain fabrics used in our reselling products. Customers can inquire directly or through us with the manufacturer about the composition of each of the fibre content. The customer should wisely use his judgment to identify the suitability of the fabric/clothing he is buying. Section 24 Children Sleepwear Regulation The Children’s Sleepwear Regulations made under CCPSA specified specific guidelines applied to the children sleepwear in sizes up to and including 14XChildren sleepwear can be categorized as either loose-fitting or tight-fitting sleepwear. Examples of loose-fitting sleepwear: • Nightgowns • Nightshirts • Dressing gowns • Bathrobes • Baby doll pajamas • Tight-fitting sleepwear refers to any children’s sleepwear other than loose-fitting sleepwear such as • Sleepwear designed for use in a hospital • Sleepwear designed for infants weighing up to 7 kg, • Polo pyjamas and sleepers While we understand the above category shall have flame-resistant requirements, we assume any of any clothing manufactured within Canada and imported from overseas fulfill this requirement based on legislation. However, the manufacturing process and testing are beyond our capabilities or control of us as a reseller we reserve our right to reject any claims that may arise whatsoever. Meanwhile, we always remain at the disposal of customers to clarify any questions they may have. In this case, purchasing the childcare will entirely depend on the discretion of the customer based on the understanding and knowledge of the fabric type , guidelines and research. If the customer wishes to obtain any information to clarify this, we might contact our supplier or manufacturer for more information. We always encourage you to exercise adequate understanding of the above items prior to ordering. SECTION 25 – DELIVERY AND TIMING • Our Standard Shipping Time is 8-14 business days. • While customer service is our top priority, any unforeseen event that may arise while shipping might impact the shipping time. This shall include but not be limited to strikes, natural disasters, wars, public holidays (both domestic and international), weather, logistical errors, disruptions in the supply chain, etc. • If customers want to explore the express shipping options, we may reach out to the manufacturer and get back to you. Any such request shall be received in writing on the Contact Us page on our website. • Customers will be eligible for free shipping above a certain amount, which will be updated on the website. Since the shipping charges are volatile, Mystylz reserves the right to change them anytime without prior notification.
