Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All payments shall be made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping charges and GST/HST will have to be paid in addition to the listed product price, which shall be summarized on the checkout page. Section 23 Liability Limits Mystylz (H3F Stylz Apparels) will not be held accountable for unexpected shipping delays or product variations, which is beyond our control. While we try to list adequate information on the composition of the materials, We do not have any control over certain allergies which may arise due to certain fabrics used in our reselling products. Customers can inquire directly or through us with the manufacturer about the composition of each of the fibre content. The customer should wisely use his judgment to identify the suitability of the fabric/clothing he is buying. Section 24 Children Sleepwear Regulation The Children’s Sleepwear Regulations made under CCPSA specified specific guidelines applied to the children sleepwear in sizes up to and including 14XChildren sleepwear can be categorized as either loose-fitting or tight-fitting sleepwear. However, the manufacturing process and testing are beyond our capabilities or control of us as a reseller we reserve our right to reject any claims that may arise whatsoever. SECTION 25 – DELIVERY AND TIMING • Our Standard Shipping Time is 8-14 business days. • While customer service is our top priority, any unforeseen event that may arise while shipping might impact the shipping time.
