SECTION 20 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Mystylz will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If it is a split package order, each items return shall be initiated within the receipt of individual package. • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. • Please allow Mystylz 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. • Mystylz will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done. Section 21 Payment Terms We currently accept only shop pay payments, which shall include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Cards. Customers also can exercise their payments through PayPal as well. Down the road, we may explore additional options to enhance our payment method, which we will communicate to our beloved customers. While we try to list adequate information on the composition of the materials, We do not have any control over certain allergies which may arise due to certain fabrics used in our reselling products. Customers can inquire directly or through us with the manufacturer about the composition of each of the fibre content. The customer should wisely use his judgment to identify the suitability of the fabric/clothing he is buying. Section 24 Children Sleepwear Regulation The Children’s Sleepwear Regulations made under CCPSA specified specific guidelines applied to the children sleepwear in sizes up to and including 14XChildren sleepwear can be categorized as either loose-fitting or tight-fitting sleepwear. Examples of loose-fitting sleepwear: • Nightgowns • Nightshirts • Dressing gowns • Bathrobes • Baby doll pajamas • Tight-fitting sleepwear refers to any children’s sleepwear other than loose-fitting sleepwear such as • Sleepwear designed for use in a hospital • Sleepwear designed for infants weighing up to 7 kg, • Polo pyjamas and sleepers While we understand the above category shall have flame-resistant requirements, we assume any of any clothing manufactured within Canada and imported from overseas fulfill this requirement based on legislation.
